<h6>Viewing your activities in a list</h6>
You can use the Task List to view all of your activities at once, or you can specify which activities you want to view. To view your scheduled activities in a list:

<LI>From the View menu, choose Calendar. The Calendar view appears.
<LI>Tap the Task List tab. The Task List appears, displaying a list of all activities in your ACT! database.

To specify which activities you want to view:
<OL>
<LI>Make sure that the Task List tab is selected in the Calendar view.
<LI>Select an option from the Dates drop-down list on the status bar at the bottom of the Task List to filter activities based on dates.
<LI>Select an option from the Activities drop-down list on the status bar at the bottom of the Task List to filter activities based on activity types.
<LI>Select an option from the Priorities drop-down list on the status bar at the bottom of the Task List to filter activities based on priority levels.
